Accessibility

Last updated: August 13, 2026

We want this site and our stays to work for everyone, including guests who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or captioning.

This website

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice that means we work to keep the site navigable by keyboard alone, readable at high zoom, legible in contrast, and sensible when read aloud by assistive technology, with text alternatives for meaningful images.

We test as we build rather than all at once, so parts of the site will be further along than others. If you hit something that doesn't work for you, we want to hear about it — that feedback is how this actually improves.

Accessible suites

Accessibility features are set by each resort, not by us. Availability varies by resort, by unit type, and by date. Some of our suites are mobility-accessible units; whether one is available for your dates depends on the resort's inventory that week.

Tell us what you need before you book. Message us with the dates you're considering and the features that matter — roll-in shower, grab bars, step-free entry, visual alarms, a suite near the elevator or entrance, or an accessible parking space. We'll check with the resort and tell you honestly what they can and can't confirm, so you can decide before you commit rather than find out at check-in.

Because the resort assigns the specific suite, we can request an accessible unit but cannot guarantee one unless the resort confirms it in writing. We'll always tell you which of those two situations you're in.

Service animals

Service animals are welcome at our stays. Resorts may ask the questions permitted under the ADA, and resort pet policies do not apply to service animals.

Telling us about a problem

If any part of this site or any part of booking or staying with us is a barrier for you, email support@joinbookly.com with what you were trying to do and what got in the way. We aim to reply within two business days and to offer an alternative way to get it done in the meantime.
