Welcome to joinbookly.com (the "Site"), operated by Bookly LLC ("Bookly," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or staying at one of our listed properties, you agree to these Terms.
Bookly showcases resort suites made available by individual resort owners we work with. We are an independent host and property manager. We are not owned by, operated by, or affiliated with the resorts themselves or their parent brands; resort names appear only to identify the location of a stay.
The Site does not currently process bookings or payments. Reservations for our stays are made through third-party booking platforms (such as Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com), and each reservation is governed by that platform's terms, payment processing, and the cancellation policy shown at checkout. Our Cancellation Policy describes the schedule our listings use.
You are responsible for the condition of the suite during your stay and for any damage beyond normal wear and tear caused by you or your party. Smoking, parties, and unregistered guests are not permitted.
We work to keep resort information, photos, and descriptions accurate, but details can change and occasional errors happen. Content on the Site is provided "as is" and for general information; the listing on the booking platform at the time you reserve is the controlling description of a stay.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bookly's total liability arising out of your use of the Site or any stay is limited to the amount you paid for the reservation at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for events outside our reasonable control (including resort closures, weather, or travel disruptions).
The Site's text, design, and branding are ours; you may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission. Resort photographs are used to depict the properties where stays take place.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing anything, please email us — most issues are resolved faster that way. If a dispute can't be resolved informally within 30 days, it will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and both sides consent to that venue. Nothing here prevents either of us from bringing a claim in small claims court.
